Who we are

We're a family-owned taqueria in Burnsville built on one simple idea: cook with love, and people will taste it. Since 2021, we've been serving the food we grew up on — al pastor off the spit, barbacoa pulled by hand, birria simmered low until the broth is rich enough to dip a quesadilla in.

How we cook

Every morning starts at the prep table. We marinate the meats, blend the salsas, and press tortillas by hand before the first order goes out. Our birria broth simmers for hours. Our chips are fried fresh. Nothing leaves the truck that we wouldn't serve our own family.

Why we do this

We cook Mexican food because it's what we know, what we love, and what our community deserves. There's no shortcut to flavor. There's no substitute for care. We're here to feed Burnsville well, one plate at a time — and to make every customer feel like part of the family.
