We bring the truck to your event

For five years we've cooked Mexican food for Burnsville the way we cook it for our own family — fresh tortillas pressed that morning, meats marinated overnight, salsas blended by hand. The same standard travels to every event we cater. Whether it's a backyard graduation party or a hundred-guest corporate lunch, our team shows up early, sets up cleanly, and serves food guests remember.

Catering packages

We build every quote around your headcount, venue, and timing — these are the most common ways guests order.

Taco Bar — Small Gatherings (25–50 guests)

Three of our meats — typically asada, al pastor, and pollo — with fresh corn tortillas, three house salsas, rice, beans, and the full topping bar (cilantro, onion, lime, sour cream, mozzarella, guacamole, pico de gallo). Vegetarian options on request. Best for office lunches, birthday parties, and small family events.

Taco Bar — Full Spread (50–100 guests)

Four to five meats including options like carnitas, chorizo, and barbacoa. Everything in the small package, plus chips & salsa, esquites or street corn, and a churro tray for dessert. Best for graduations, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations.

Truck on Location (any size)

We park the truck at your event for two to four hours and your guests order live off a tightened-up menu. You pick the meats and sides we run that day; we handle the rest. Best for festivals, weddings, corporate events, and anywhere parking and a power hookup are available.

Birria & Specialties

Want birria from a 20-quart pot with house consommé for dipping? Tortas Cubanas built to order? Bacon-wrapped hot dogs for a late-night station? Call us — we cook the full menu for events, not just tacos.

Lead time, pricing & logistics

  • Booking window: 7 days notice for events under 50 guests, 14 days for 50+. Shorter-notice bookings sometimes possible — call and ask.
  • Deposit: 50% to confirm the date; balance due day-of.
  • Service area: Burnsville and the Twin Cities metro. Travel beyond a 30-minute radius may add a small fee.
  • Pricing: Per-person rate depends on headcount, package, and venue. Most events land in the $14–$22 per-person range. Call for a custom quote.
